Sanjay Ahuja is a seasoned finance professional with more than three decades of extensive experience spanning business finance, controllership, risk management, internal controls and audits in multi-faceted MNCs in matrix and virtual organizations. He has held key leadership roles including serving as the Chairperson of the Audit Committee for a U.S.-based digital services company, where he provided strategic financial oversight and ensured compliance with governance and risk management frameworks. His expertise lies in designing and implementing strong risk assessment and mitigation programs, financial controls, process reengineering and automation across business functions including Finance, Payroll, HR, Logistics Supply chain and Sales and Marketing.

Sanjay has been responsible for leading a Global Capability Centre having transitioned the work from 6 ASEAN Countries in the area of Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Acquire to Retire, Accounts Reconciliation, Hire to Retire, Payroll Management, Dealer Claims and Dealer Audit Management, Budgeting, Forecasting and Variance Analysis, Regulatory Compliance Management including periodic returns and litigations, Project Planning and tracking. Apart from managing the day to affair, the GCC has been responsible for ensuring process standardization and reengineering with built in sustainable controls.

With deep knowledge of financial controllership under USGAAP and IGAAP, Sanjay has successfully led developing long-term operating plans, budgeting and forecasting while optimizing inventory and costing management. His proficiency in tax compliance, covering both indirect and direct taxation has helped organizations navigate audits, assessments, and litigations effectively. His strategic approach to process reengineering and automation has significantly enhanced efficiency, productivity and financial transparency for the companies he has worked with.
